In the rare eventuality if you may wish to exchange a product, please read our below policies -.
- EXCHNAGE Accepted Only For Damage Product Or Wrong Product Delivery.
- EXCHANGE Not Applicable for Pre Booking Sarees.
- We accept returns within 2 working days (from the date of delivery). If 2 days have gone by since the receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange
- Once the Product Shipped, the product completely the customer’s responsibility. The customer cannot demand a refund due to Late Delivery or The Wrong Delivery Location. Once the stock out from warehouse, we take zero responsibility of Product Holding.
- Uneven Tassels, Threads popping out , or frayed edges , Color Bleeding in Contrast Sarees, Color Rendition , Overflow Threads, Crease/Wrinkles aren’t considered as damage, and a potential reason for claims as Most of the Silk Sarees of GeethuSarees is Handwoven & Hand dyed Sarees. They are liable to have such possible human errors.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at support@geethusarees.com withuncut Parcel Opening Video Proof , photo and Video of the damaged product with the Tags within 24 hours of receiving your order or whatsapp on +917904566214
- Before Packing , the Team Does the final quality check , and only after that the products are shipped can we ensure that the product has null damage and doesnot have any wear and tear or stains. Thereby if the customer complains of any such damage , Proper support documents to be submitted. (Uncut Parcel opening Video , Pics & Video of Damage)
- Static Images of Videos with edited cuts aren’t accepted as supporting documents to accept product damage , It takes an unboxing video from removing the courier package to ultimately spreading out the saree along with pallu and show the damage in the video itself to prove any claims of Damage or Stains.
- To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it ( Same Folding without any Wrinkles). It must also be in their original packaging.
- Acceptance of Exchange is restricted to scenarios such as aberration in colours from what is shown in the website to the actual, or in the event of a defect in the product.
- To initiate an exchange, please write to us at support@geethusarees.com or whatsapp on +917904566214 , with complete information - Order Details, the reason behind your intention to Exchange the product .This should be done within 2 days from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline a return.
- Geethusarees reserves the right to refuse a return / exchange if found not valid , in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you via Email or whatsapp.
- Exchange Saree shipping – Once we confirm the acceptance of Exchange , kindly ship the product back to the address which we give on Email Confirmation.
- We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.
- You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Customers may have to bear additional charges such as return cost and custom duties ( For International Orders ) .
Please note :
- Geethusarees cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.
Dispute Resolution :
- In case of any dispute regarding any cancellation, or return under this Policy, the Customer can contact GeethuSarees at support@geethusarees.com. However, the decision of GeethuSarees in such cases shall be final and binding. This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Indian IT ACT 2002). The Customer hereby consents subjected to Chennai jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu, India.

- REFUND POLICY
Geethu Sarees Does Not Entertain Any CASH REFUND.
Please note:
The reverse shipment charges has to be borne by the customer only.
GeethuSarees reserves all rights to cancel any order for any reason. Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:
1) Unavailability of the product
2) Customer unavailable/does not pick the call during delivery.
3) Any issues with Credit and Fraud Avoidance department.
